  • We can set up on private land, wedding venues, farms, ranches, retreat centers, and other approved outdoor spaces. The site must have adequate space, relatively level ground, and safe access for setup.

  • A standard bell tent requires approximately 20 x 20 feet of clear space. We recommend allowing additional spacing between tents to maintain privacy and aesthetic layout.

  • Our bell tents typically accommodate 2 to 4 guests depending on the size. Mattress configurations can be customized for couples or small groups but we only have queen/full sized mattresses.

  • We are based in Colorado and travel throughout the region. Travel fees apply depending on distance from our base location. You must request a custom quote with your specific location.

  • We are a seasonal service operating from Spring through early Fall. Our tents are designed to withstand typical outdoor conditions including mild wind and rain. However, severe weather may require us to cancel to protect the safety of our customers.

  • Wild Roots provides portable power solutions designed to support ambient lighting and small electronics within the tents. For larger installations or events that require additional electrical needs such as hair dryers, curling irons, catering equipment, amplified sound systems, or extended lighting setups, access to external power will be required.

For weddings, retreats, or complex lounge installations, we recommend access to either a standard electrical hookup or a generator capable of supporting higher power demands. We are happy to coordinate with your venue or event planner to ensure proper power arrangements are in place.

  • Wild Roots does not provide shower facilities as part of our glamping accommodations. However, we frequently partner with vendors who offer mobile sauna and cold plunge experiences, which can be added to your event or retreat.

If this service is included, access to a water hookup will be required to support the sauna and cold plunge setup. Specific requirements may vary slightly depending on the vendor and event configuration.

Our team will work closely with vendors and venue staff to ensure water access is properly coordinated prior to the event.

If you'd like, I can also help you add a “Ideal Site Conditions” section which glamping companies use to avoid the biggest setup headaches (things like slopes, irrigation systems, and underground lines).
